LATC is equipped with a fully operational machining area, capable of producing small and large finished blades and vanes for both gas and steam turbines. We can manufacture ready-to-assemble parts from either precision or envelope forgings. Our capabilities include both airfoil machining and grinding, as well as root machining and grinding.

 

 

 

LATC takes great pride in the quality level and precision of its machined products. To attain this high standard, systems such as magnetic particle and liquid penetrant inspection are used. Furthermore we utilize CMM measuring systems, stationary frequency testing and fluoroscope / x-ray inspection.
