Compressor bladesOver 40 years, we have strived for excellence in the field of precision forging of compressor blades and vanes up to an airfoil length of 300 mm made from chromium-steel, nickel-based and titanium alloys. State of art processes yield a finished gas path with ongoing efforts to keep the subsequent machining operation to an economical minimum. Leistritz specializes in strongly twisted or three dimensionally bent airfoil geometry´s up to finish-machined leading and trailing edges. To reduce the project outlay on the blade we offer near-net-shape geometries as well as together with the Leistritz Turbomaschinen Technik GmbH pre-finished products. |
