LEISTRITZ unites almost all important production technologies under one roof. We design and manufacture required clamping and measuring devices ourselves, and all NC programmes for the machines are programmed in-house. Even the milling tools are ground and measured on our own tool grinding machines. Our in-house maintenance department ensures optimum machine availability.
Precision or oversize forging is an economical production method that saves raw material and assures a favourable grain flow within the blade.
Profiles with rod lenths of 4 m for guide-
vane rings are drawn in modern rolling machines utilising
both hot and cold operations in proven production lines. All necessary thermal treatments and tempering processes are done in a vacuum oven. Each thermoforming process triggers extensive material testing efforts, which are done in the testing laboratory.
