LEISTRITZ ELONGATIONAL RHEOMETER:
A WORLD NOVELTY IN PROCESS MONITORING

How often does the melt quality drop during a compounding process – without the operator immediately recognizing it? More often than you might think! In order to be able to constantly assess the melt quality, the decisive key data must be determined during the process.
A very effective solution is the Leistritz elongational rheometer. It is the first inline rheometer that combines the measurement of shear and elongational viscosity and also records the data over a defined stress range!

360° MASTERBATCH PROCESS

The Leistritz Workshop last November offered a comprehensive "360° view of the masterbatch process". The goal: to show as many steps as possible in the process chain of masterbatch production and to present new, interesting clues. The concept was well received by more than 130 participants.
